This video was a waste of money. It showed me nothing that was not in the manual or in the FREE previews of the video. There was no knowledge of "how" to get a good mix. I don't need a video to tell me to "start mixdown by pressing the mixdown button"! I guess I expected a little more detail after that on how to get a good mix. The video is not 2 hours either unless you own a non-Neo version.

Thanx for the informative and fun DVD David..haven't had a chance to get all the way into it yet, but what I've seen has let me know my volume was all wrong and I was heading in the wrong direction. Ok David Turning around and starting over..great price for all the great guidance you receive. Will be buying more products soon David..Thanx again.

This was the best money I have spent in a long time! My husband is dyslexic and was having problems when he needed to quickly check something in the manual so I thought I would order this for him. We didn't know just how good it was going to be! It's clear and doesn't assume that you know all the 'techi' terms ...it really makes you feel much more confident. Now he is well on the way to producing an album of excellent quality thanks to this DVD.

David Wills and the team has put together wonderful training films that are easy to comprehend and clear to see. I am a person that learns by seeing , not by reading a manual, it's just the way I'm wired and David shows you how to utilize this amazing machine. My very first brand new machine was the TASCAM Porta One way back in 1988 and I would have saved miles of cassette tape over the years if Pro Audio Films were available at that time. Cheers, folks!

Tascam 2488 Neo DVD tutorial |

This DVD is a must have if you own the tascam 2488. The 2 hour tutorial is much easer to learn from then the book that comes with the recorder . You must have both the dvd and the book to recorded on the complex And great sounding 2488 . Dave does a GREAT job explaning the ins and out of this great tascam recorder . Thanks Dave for a must have dvd .
