It was shipped the same day as order.
But arrived by US Postal Service Global International Mail after 12 days.
The tutorial was very good. Informative, technical perfect and exhaustive.

If you're like me, it's far easier to watch someone use a product than to decipher instructions.
David's relaxed and friendly approach has taken much of the mystery out of using this powerful device. This tutorial was just what I needed!
